SAILING SCHOOL

The idea behind this establishment came after many years of involvement in offshore sailing training. Our approach is quite practical, focused on finally bringing the beginner up to the level that will make him feel competent to make the first steps on his own. So:

Lots of work has to be done in order to achieve this goal. 160 hours of practical training in yachts exactly like the ones somebody is likely to skipper in the beginning plus 30 hours of theory sessions thoroughly covering the subject, is a good first step.

For us, quality training means a small number of students per boat. 6 students plus the instructor means there are lots of repetitions and chances to improve for everybody on board, on any task involved in offshore sailing.

Only an experienced and qualified instructor can do the job properly, making sure the methods used are what they should be. The instructor, besides having logged more than 60.000 miles, has been trained in Great Britain to the level of Yachtmaster Instructor by the Royal Yachting Association.

Our establishment is closely associated to Kiriacoulis Mediterranean, one of the most successful brokering / chartering companies worldwide. Managing about 200 yachts in the eastern Mediterranean ensures that your graduation will not necessarily bring your sailing career to an end.
