Drago Boats was established in the year 1969 by her present Managing Director Nikos Farazis. Since then the company has produced more than 17.000 boats of all kind: sailboats boats and sport boats. The last few years Drago has been producing only small pleasure boats, sized from 5m up to 9m as well as special constructions.
Today Drago is one of the biggest exporting boat building companies in Greece, exporting around 150 boats at one of the biggest Frence importing boat companies and around 500 boats and inox accessories in Europe.
The factory is situated in Koropi Attikis, and it has all the departments needed for the fishing line production. It is equipped with a machinery shop which constructs inox accessories for the boats as well as for other boat building companies, individuals, hotels etc. The factory is also equipped with a mold department, a carpender's shop, and an upholstery.
The factory has the capacity of producing around 800 boats every year. Each boat is made of high quality materials, has a certificate of CE and is taken care by our personnel till its last detail.
On September 2000, the company was audited by the international recognized body of ABS Group and was found to comply with all the certification requirements according to ISO 9001 standard. |
